Create automatic templates to communicate to your guests.

Click on Marketing > Email Templates as you see in the image below:

Here you can have a look at existing templates and edit them by clicking on Edit


If you want to add a new template click on Add new

Now choose the Type of Template you want to send:

If you want to send automated emails only to reservations coming from some channels, select the channel and place them in the right side of the box:

You can also custom the automated email for people who book a specific room or apartment.

Further, you can translate messages in different language: the system will find the guest's language and will send the correct template.

Then you can custom your email with all the variables, choose the one you need from the menu:

In the detail of the reservation you will see the history of messages sent and you can send a new one by choosing from existing models.
