In these two cases, you can proceed autonomously to the removal of a portal
from the list in the Channel Manager section:

  1. If the portal is in the list, however it is not connected to Octorate
  2. If you have already requested the disconnection right from the portal (click HERE to figure out how to do it) and informed our Support Team.

In both cases, you will find a small clock in the Status column 👇

Click on the orange button with the three points, then Delete

WARNING:
if you have a multiaccount, you will surely see the small clock against the connection with Octorate in your son accounts. DO NOT remove the connection in this case!
