Click on the icon you see in the picture 💬 to access the Octo · Messenger

Here you fin all the OTA messages (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) and the ones belonging to the WebConcierge, in a system of joint management.

In order to filter the conversations, type the name of the customer or the resa reference number in the dedicated box on the upper-left side of the screen!

In the conversation, you will find some info related to the customer's stay (check-in/check-out, price) and you can access directly the reservation's details.

You can get back to potential Airbnb customers and send them customized offers, right from our platform! ⏩ access the conversation, click on the button  [🎁]  and specify the details of the offer! 

Octo Messenger is also available for multi-property accounts: you can decide either to set it up on the main account or on the single son accounts!
