Access the Marketing > Web Concierge section, then activate the entries, according to the sections you want to display on the screen:

Once the reservation is completed on the Booking Engine EVO, the guest will have the chance to display the following sections, according to your choices:

Ask for the arrival time
    The customer will have to select the estimated arrival time

Flight information
    Ask your customer the number of flight and get better prepared to welcome them

Cancellation Policy
    Display your Cancellation Policy in the reservation sum up 

Book additional services
     Create additional services in Settings > Extra, decide whether to display them on
     the Booking Engine EVO and allow your customers to add them to the reservation.

➡ Allow customer to download fiscal documents

By activating this option, your customers will have the chance to download the fiscal document, right from the Web Concierge!

They will only have to access the interface and look for the section, where they can save their fiscal data in advance and they’ll see the file in this way 👇

They’ll only have to click on the icon to open the file to be downloaded and/or printed.

Allow guests to generate a Courtesy document (before invoicing)

By activating this option, in the section dedicated to fiscal data, guests will see a proforma related to their stay.

If the guest has saved their fiscal data in the form, they will appear in the document.

They can click on the document to open it, then download and/or print it out.

❗As a proforma, the document in question, has no fiscal validity.
