There are two types of cancellation for VRBO and both can be done by the Channel Manager:

You can proceed with the cancellation yourself from the booking detail, From Reservations > Edit, click on [Cancel Reservation] at the bottom of the page

For cancellations by the structure there are VRBO policies to protect the guest, so, before proceeding, consult your Market Manager on VRBO.

The guest can proceed with the cancellation of the booking through the WebConcierge, accessible via the link received in the booking confirmation email. 

Or you can create a specific Template and include the link inside it. Simply select the Minisite Reservation variable.
