In this guide, we will see together how to create the Advanced Report on Google Drive - one of the Revenue Management Tools available with PMS.

From PMS Real Planning > Revenue Management > Revenue Management Tools > Add New,

choose Google Drive Advanced Report from the menu of available Tools and click Save.

At this point, this button will appear on the right side of the screen👇

Click on it and follow the procedure to authorize Octorate to access your Google account and generate the Report file directly in your Drive account. The data is updated daily with the information present in Octorate (one-way connection). You can also access the document via channel by clicking on the link indicated👇
