With Octorate you can enable for free the Payment Manager to view the data of the credit cards of your guests!
Follow these steps to do it:
1. Access Octorate and go to the section SETTINGS > PAYMENTS > CREDIT CARD and choose only credit card visualisation as payment method (make sure of having entered and saved your correct telephone number and email address in the section Settings > Property)
2. Click on the red message to ask for the pin:
3. A message with a pin code will be sent to the telephone number you saved in the section Settings > Property, and you will also receive an email with a link. Enter the code you received via SMS in this link.
A window will open in which you have to replace this temporary pin with the definitive you will choose (NB: the code has to be composed just by numbers, as many as they were in the temporary pin).
Once you completed all these steps, you can enter the detail of the new reservation (not the ones received before) and click on this green button:
NB: remember that you can see the credit card of your guests up to three days after the check out of the guest. Regarding the CVC, you can view it just once and then it will be automatically eliminated; this because Octorate adheres to PCI standards level 1 for the online transaction security.
